Below are the the T&C’s regarding our Facebook giveaway:

  1. The promoter of this competition is Eastern Counties Pest Control of 48 Kings Road, Halstead, Essex CO9 1HA
  2. The competition is open to residents of Essex & Suffolk only (Eastern Counties Pest Control catchment area).
  3. In order to be entered into said competition, entrants must like both the original post and Eastern Counties Pest Control’s Facebook Page.
  4. There is no entry fee or purchase required to win.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to the following T&C’s.
  6. The closing date for this competition is 24/08/2022
  7. No responsibility can be taken for missed entries.
  8. Eastern Counties Pest Control is not responsible for an inaccurate contact details or the inability to communicate with said party in the event of a win.
  9. Eastern Counties takes no responsibility for prizes lost during delivery.
  10. Winners names and prizes will be numbered and chosen at random by a random number generator.
  11. The winner will be notified by Facebook DM within 28 days of the closing date; if said winner does not allow messages to be sent then another winner will be chosen.
  12. Eastern Counties Pest Control will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  13. Eastern Counties Pest Control decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  15. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
  16. Entrant names/details will be deleted once prizes have been delivered.
